LODDS had better power of discrimination than LND and pN. LODDS could predict success in lymph node yield (LNY) < 15 (p < .001). LODDS is an independent predictor of OS into the SCC penis and it has superior prognostic significance than the AJCC pN and LND category methods.LODDS is an unbiased predictor of OS within the SCC penis and has now exceptional prognostic relevance compared to the AJCC pN and LND classification methods.
